WHEAT AND BUCKWHEAT, FROM THE LAND TO THE PLATE

Discover Christian Le Coeur's 47-hectare farm, where buckwheat, barley, oats, wheat and flax are grown and where some fifteen cattle are reared in extensive farming. Christian Le Coeur has initiated a process of conversion to organic farming with the aim of obtaining certification High Environmental ValueHe tries to sell his cereal production to local mills and flour mills, and offers meat for sale directly from the farm.
