DAY 2

The vastness of the Atlantic Ocean stretches out just a short distance from your guest room. Take advantage of this exceptional setting, conducive to relaxation, to practice an activity in the open sea Water walking! Join Erwan, your state-qualified guide, for a session with multiple benefits for the body and mind.

Lunch on your own.

In the afternoon, go with Adèle Le Berre, herbalist, for a botanical walk to discover the plants of the seaside. The seaside is a hostile environment for plants. The salt and wind do not facilitate their development. However, coastal plants have developed very efficient techniques to thrive on the top of beaches, dunes, cliffs and between rocks... They also play a central role in this fragile ecosystem. During your walk you may come across different species such as sea fennel, sea cucumber, oyat, gum carrot and many others. At the end of your visit, your guide will prepare a wild aperitif based on plants. A convivial moment of sharing to end your day.
