► WHY THE TAQUERIA ALEGRIA?
La Taquería because we were inspired by the authentic Mexican taquerías, those eating establishments specialising in tacos (but not only) that can be found on every street corner in Mexico.
Alegría because we want to recreate the warm and friendly atmosphere typical of taquerias in Mexico, with a colourful decor and a caliente musical playlist! On the programme: tacos, nachos, desserts, Mexican wines and beers, smiles and good humour.
Discover this new temple of Mexican street-food, in the centre of Quimper, where your two Taqueros are waiting for you, to travel to Mexico.

► WHO WE ARE
Taquería Alegría is above all two childhood friends who fell in love with Mexico and who are passionate about travelling.
Axel and Germain, two childhood friends with a passion for cooking and travelling, who, after travelling the world on their own, finally end up in Mexico. They fall in love with the country and its culture instantly.
Back in France, driven by the desire to discover this culture, they set themselves the challenge of importing a little piece of Mexico to Quimper, their hometown, by cooking Mexico's flagship dish: the taco. Their objective is clear: "we want to introduce the Breton people to Mexico through cooking".

► THE KITCHEN
At Taquería Alegría, tacos are eaten on the go, in a simple, tasty and friendly way. Here you will (re)discover the real taste of Mexican tacos, the specialty that is all the rage in Mexico and around the world.
All our dishes are prepared in the spirit of Mexican cuisine: colourful, generous, fresh and quality ingredients, long preparation time, technical know-how. Mexican gastronomy was included in the Unesco intangible heritage list in 2010, at the same time as French gastronomy.
